Important
What advisory is not
TCSA Advisory Support provides practical operational guidance on customs, trade, logistics and procurement matters. It does not constitute:
- •Legal advice - if you require legal interpretation, you should consult a solicitor or barrister
- •Tax guidance - tax matters should be reviewed with a qualified accountant or tax advisor
- •Regulated financial advice - financing or investment matters require a qualified financial adviser
- •Personal representation - we do not act as agents or representatives in official proceedings
TCSA may recommend referral to an appropriately qualified professional where your matter falls outside advisory scope.
